Cancel the order within 24 hours: You may cancel an order up to 24 hours after the original transaction. Order cancellations will receive a full refund (100%), typically within 7–10 business days. To initiate the process, please reach out to us at info@greaterenergytech.com
Cancel after dispatching the order: If you decide to cancel 24 hours later, we will make every effort to cancel your order prior to its processing and dispatch. If we can dissolve the order with our supplier before they send it, we will provide a 100% refund.
Once we've dispatched your order, we can't cancel it. However, you have the option to return the item to us by following these guidelines:
You may return your item within 30 days after the order’s delivery if you are dissatisfied for any reason. Return items in their original, unopened packaging, unused, and ensure all tags and stickers remain intact. We will also charge return delivery fees, as well as a 20% restocking fee for all returns. We will issue a refund within 7–10 business days of receiving and verifying your return. We will dispatch a confirmation email for your refund.
Exceptions: If you have received a damaged or defective product and would like to initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us using the provided contact information below. It is important to thoroughly examine the package upon delivery, documenting any damage and capturing photographic evidence. Please provide us with photographs of the damage within 24 hours of the product's delivery if the box or products shipped with your order sustain damage during transit.
Return process: Before sending any items back, email our customer service at info@greaterenergytech.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number. When you have your RMA number, pack up the item securely in its original packaging and mail it back to the following address:

Please be aware that you’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We also highly recommend sending your package with tracking.
Warranties differ based on the manufacturer. Please refer to the specific product pages for more information. If an item arrives damaged and is not reported within 30 days, it is not eligible for consideration.
After we receive and inspect your returned item or cancel the order, we’ll process your refund in an estimated 7–10 business days. We’ll issue your refund back to your original payment method. Cost of shipping:
Allow time for transit, processing, and the order cutoff: We measure the order processing time from the moment we place the order until we pack and ship the package.
Orders take 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday).

We will process orders placed after 5 p.m. on the following business day.
Transit time is the amount of time a shipping company needs to travel from the point of origin to the final destination.
Transit will take 5-8 business days (Monday–Friday).
Delivery Terms: Our shipping couriers include USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Freight Club.
Check Order Status: When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. We will issue a delivery confirmation within 48 hours.
Please email info@greaterenergytech.com with your full name and order number if your package has not arrived within 8 days of getting the shipping confirmation email.
Residential Transfer: Address changes are not allowed after shipping. To change the delivery address, email info@greaterenergytech.com or call 856-830-5366 within 48 hours of ordering.
Incorrect Address: Our shipment has been returned because you entered the wrong shipping address during checkout. Thereafter, you will have to pay for all the extra shipping costs that come with getting the items sent to you again.
In-Transit Damage: Please use the contact information below to request a refund or exchange for a damaged or defective product. After receiving the package, inspect it for damage and take pictures. Please send us photos within 24 hours if the box or products in your order sustain damage during transit.
